LORI SORENSON
Lori Mercil, RN is the owner and nurse injector at Premier Aesthetics. Lori is a northwestern Minnesota native and a graduate of NCTC in Thief River Falls and East Grand Forks.

Her passion for the aesthetics field began when she worked as an executive flight attendant for various studios in Los Angeles such as Paramount Pictures, Viacom, & CBS. Lori has lived and traveled to various countries with her 20 plus years in the aviation industry including India, UAE, Germany, & Angola.
Lori’s nursing background contains Emergency Department, Peri-Operative, and hospital float nurse experience. She received her certification for neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, & Xeomin) and soft tissue dermal fillers in 2012 from the Esthetic Skin Institute.

She has extended her practice with continued training in advanced-level injectable techniques, skin care consults, Sculptra, PDO facelift, Kybella, PRP (platelet rich plasma), micro needling, lasers, and medical grade skin care products & chemical peel treatments.
Lori has mentored and trained nurses in the aesthetics field emphasizing on building strong customer relationships, patient education, evaluation, best practices, product and procedure knowledge and combining the art and science into every procedure.

KIMBERLY CHAMBERS
Kimberly Chambers is a Registered Nurse and Practice Manager at Premier Aesthetics. She earned her nursing degree from Northland Community & Technical College and has built her career around providing exceptional patient care and fostering meaningful patient relationships.

With a passion for the aesthetics industry, Kimberly is dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best. She is known for her attentive listening, strong attention to detail, and personalized approach to care. Kimberly takes pride in understanding each patient’s unique concerns and goals, guiding them through their aesthetic journey with compassion, professionalism, and expertise.

REESE SMITH
LPN
Reese, originally from Washington State, moved to Grand Forks a few years ago. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse and a graduate from Lake Region State College. Currently, she is continuing her education to earn an associate degree in nursing. Reese joined Premier Aesthetics to pursue her passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, a dream she’s had since she first considered a career in nursing. Outside of work and school, she enjoys traveling and taking long walks with her family. Reese is thrilled to be part of such an amazing team and looks forward to growing professionally alongside them.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Miranda is from Morris, MN she moved to Grand Forks back in 2020. She’s always been interested in the esthetics industry. She decided to join our team with possibly giving her a more inside look at what it’s all about. While she’s not working with us, she also works at brick and barley as a server/bartender. During her free time, she loves going out with friends and going to her cabin in the summer. Miranda is so excited to work with the Premier Aesthetics team.

Cassidy is from Grand Forks, attending Northland Community and Technical College (NCTC) to pursue Nursing. With future endeavors of becoming a Nurse Practitioner in the aesthetics industry. Cassidy loves helping others and making them happy and confident in their own skin. She enjoys spending her free time playing volleyball, going to the lake, and spending time with family and friends! Cassidy is very excited to be part of such a strong, empowering team of women and further her education with them!

Katie decided to turn her love of makeup and skin into a full-fledged career and has been fortunate to work with incredible plastic surgeons, injectors, and medical estheticians for over 20 years in various medical spas and plastic surgeons' offices in Minneapolis and Texas. After years of working in aesthetic sales, she decided to get her license as a Medical Aesthetician. Katie takes a very artistic approach to skincare and anti-aging treatments. She considers the entire canvas and provides a thorough treatment plan for skin renewal and rejuvenation. She says that “anti-aging and healthy skin takes a multi-faceted approach and, most importantly, requires maintenance and care.” Her goal is to ensure that clients come away feeling like the best version of themselves because Katie's opinion is: “When we feel our best on the outside, our inner beauty is truly what is revealed.”
